HR Business Partner Executive

Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute customised HR strategies that align with client goals, focusing on business transformation, leadership development, organisational design, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, learning and development, and talent management.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality HR services to your assigned clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director and marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to business strategy.
- Possession of a CIPD (L7) qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the capacity to advise on business-critical HR decisions.
- Adaptability, with a willingness to pivot and respond to changing client needs.
- A forward-thinking approach, harnessing technology to enhance HR service delivery.
- A demonstrated ability to lead by example, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
