Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute customised HR strategies that align with client goals, focusing on business transformation, leadership development, organisational design, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, learning and development, and talent management.
  2. Lead the delivery of high-quality HR services to your assigned clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with the Regional Director and marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.


Requirements:
  1. A proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to business strategy.
  2. Possession of a CIPD (L7) qualification or equivalent.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  4. Strong commercial awareness, with the capacity to advise on business-critical HR decisions.
  5. Adaptability, with a willingness to pivot and respond to changing client needs.
  6. A forward-thinking approach, harnessing technology to enhance HR service delivery.
  7. A demonstrated ability to lead by example, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved in this role.
