About the Role
  • Lead the delivery of HR solutions to client businesses, including business and strategic HR planning, culture change, business transformation, change management, leadership development, organisational design, D&I, wellbeing, L&D and Talent Management.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and work with the team to provide a first-class HR service.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and marketing team to attract new clients and grow the business.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in inputting into the strategic direction of the business and partnering with the Board & Senior Executive team.
  • CIPD (L7) qualification or equivalent.
  • A strong people person with excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence SME sector business owners and connect with them on a personal level.
  • Organised, dependable, and progressive, with a passion for technology and embracing new ways of working.
  • Commercial acumen and a business mindset, with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Pragmatic approach, willing to roll up sleeves and get stuck in when needed.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, with a focus on adding value and doing something special for clients every day.
