Job Description

As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will provide strategic input across various people initiatives, working closely with directors and senior managers across defined business areas. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and nurturing effective relationships as a strategic people partner;
  • Providing advice and guidance on organisational design, engagement, reward, and development;
  • Using people data to inform decision-making and identify emerging themes;
  • Supporting change and transformation initiatives through partnering, coaching, and collaboration;
  • Working closely with the wider People & Culture team to develop and deliver the people strategy;
  • Embedding people strategic initiatives within defined business areas.

This role requires exceptional relationship building, persuasion, and influencing capabilities, as well as experience of utilising HR database systems. The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
