We are seeking a Philanthropic Partnership Manager to join our team at the Cambridge Community Foundation. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining relationships with donors and partners, as well as managing and executing key development tasks such as donor mailings, donation and other key follow-up reminders, tracking of donor commitments, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors and partners.
  • Manage and execute key development tasks, including donor mailings, donation and other key follow-up reminders, tracking of donor commitments, etc.
  • Provide comprehensive support to fund partners engaged in fundraising activities, such as support with grant applications, online donation page creation, and other support as needed.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of prior, relevant work experience, preferably in a nonprofit or foundation setting.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience.
