Business Development and Partnerships Lead

We are recruiting for a seasoned Business Development and Partnerships Lead to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with pharmaceutical companies
- Negotiate and manage agreements related to drug discovery and development
- Source external opportunities and lead mixed scientific and corporate development teams
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in science or business related to pharmaceutical R&D, business development, or technology transfer
- Proven experience in business development within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors
- A working knowledge of IP licensing, drafting, and negotiation
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum depending on experience.
