Strategic HR Partner

As an HR Business Partner at Experis, you will be responsible for providing strategic, customer-focused HR advice and solutions to Service Directors and Senior Managers.
You will lead on workforce strategies, manage complex HR initiatives, and support organisational change, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and plans to support business targets, service improvement, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Analysing workforce data to enhance productivity and support managers in achieving performance targets.
- Designing and implementing workforce change programs, including TUPE transfers, role redesign, and new service delivery models.
- Advocating for HR best practices, providing expert advice on employment legislation, and delivering HR training to managers.
- Managing HR cases related to performance, grievances, absence, and disciplinary issues, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
