About the Role:We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our EMEA region team.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as primary HR liaison for designated business units and/or departments.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR team to develop and execute HR talent strategies that support organization's objectives.
- Drive succession planning and talent development efforts to ensure sustainable talent pipeline and robust retention strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to identify key talent, assess development needs, collaborate with talent management team to implement initiatives promoting internal career growth.
- Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions while maintaining confidentiality, legal compliance.
- Provide coaching to managers on performance management, employee development, employee engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with compensation benefits team to ensure competitive, fair, equitable pay practices aligning industry benchmarks, internal equity.
- Guide compensation-related decisions including salary adjustments, promotions, pay equity analyses.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal labor laws, company policies, industry regulations.
- Stay informed of evolving HR laws, industry trends, making recommendations, update internal policies as needed.
- Educate employees, managers on HR policies, procedures, best practices through ongoing training, communication.
Estimated Salary: £62,500 - £82,500 per annum
