About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Advanced Level HR Support Professional to join our team at Mott MacDonald. As an HR apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our people managers and colleagues throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide people managers on compliance with changes or issues related to absence management, performance management, and family-friendly leave.
- Deal with various HR queries, producing necessary documents, and collaborating with the HR team to support projects.
- Support policy updates aligned with company values and culture.
- Host events, coordinate lunches, meet-and-greets, refreshments, surveys, and feedback.
- Assist recruitment by attending careers days, following up, and sending newsletters.
Candidate Specification:
To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must meet the training provider's eligibility requirements.
- Hold 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths.
We seek students with strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach.
You will receive comprehensive training and support from day one, guiding you through the apprenticeship process and helping you achieve your career goals.
