Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Associate to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring seamless employee experiences across the entire lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business operations and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, adhering to GDPR regulations and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to develop and implement efficient HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive consistency in ways of working across multiple sites, while respecting local cultures and legislative differences.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, manage competing demands, and prioritize workload effectively.
