About the Role:
This HR/Reward Coordinator position is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic academic environment. You will be working within the School of Clinical Medicine's (SCM) HR Team, supporting over 3200 colleagues across various departments.
As a proactive and organised individual, you will administer reward and career development schemes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will also provide administrative support to the SCM HR Team, including onboarding, assisting with committees, projects, and day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer reward and career development schemes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the SCM HR Team.
- Support employee relations issues, including note-taking.
- Coordinate resource and workforce planning activities.
- Assist with projects and NHS committees.
- Develop key HR messages and communications for the team and across the School.
- Foster a non-discriminatory work environment through wellbeing, equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with the SCM HR team and other university staff.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
