Your Role: As a Global Payroll Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our global payrolls. Working closely with our Reward team and People Services team, you will take responsibility for managing all payroll providers globally and implementing effective provider management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate global payroll in line with SOX compliant procedures, including payroll review and approval.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll processes to employees, leaders, and the wider HR function.
  • Liaise with internal and external providers as necessary, acting as a key contact with payroll and reward providers and governmental authorities.
  • Prepare payroll summary, variance, and reconciliation reports for review, approval, and sign off.
  • Support payroll projects in areas of primary responsibility.
  • Map processes, mitigate risks, and develop and maintain standard operating procedures for People Services Operations that satisfy in full the payroll entry and input requirements of the Payroll SOX processes.
  • Contribute to internal and external payroll audit processes.

What We Offer: A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location, plus a flexible benefits package tailored to your unique needs. You will also enjoy 18 weeks fully paid maternity leave, 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave, and highly flexible working arrangements.

About You: We are looking for an individual with a detailed understanding and working knowledge of global payroll processes, providers, and relevant legislation. Previous experience in a similar role, processing US payroll, is essential. You should have specialist knowledge in areas such as US benefits, US tax requirements, and US payroll legislation. Experience working with payroll and benefits systems and internal reporting platforms is also required.
