About Pure Resourcing Solutions



We are a technology business scaling rapidly and looking for an experienced Tech HR Operations Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role, working closely with the Head of People and other departments.



Key Responsibilities


  1. Employee Lifecycle Management
  2. Provide actionable insights and analytics from HiBob HRIS
  3. Manage payroll and benefits processes, ensuring seamless UK and US payrolls
  4. Maintain compliance and people processes, developing policies as needed
  5. Collaborate with line managers on employee issues and coaching
  6. Manage low-level employment cases and oversee global immigration procedures
  7. Contribute to delivering HR initiatives with the Head of People


About You




  • Previous experience in a tech/scientific industry, preferably in a scaling business
  • Passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent, plus line management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software
  • An excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset


Based in Cambridge, this role offers hybrid working, with at least 3 days spent at our office. We're easily accessible by public transport, with bus, train, and guided bus links nearby.
