We're seeking an HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in a key role that will provide expert guidance to our 600 employees, act as a trusted advisor to line managers, and foster positive employee relations. This role will lead initiatives that promote wellbeing, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) while enhancing the overall employee experience across the firm.

Our ideal candidate has strong experience coaching managers through employee relations matters, including performance management, flexible working, and leave processes. A valid UK driving license with access to your own vehicle is also required for travel to other Bidwells offices.

About the Role
  • Advise line managers on best practices in people management, including performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
  • Support managers in handling employee relations casework, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
