The ideal candidate will have:

  • A consultative approach to HR service delivery
  • Previous experience in HR business partnering
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Experience in partnering with technical client groups
  • Employee Relations expertise
  • CIPD level 7 or equivalent qualification
  • Coaching and influencing skills

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £65,000 and £80,000 per year.
