About the Role:

Vero HR Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Export Sales and Distributor Manager to join their team in Cambridge. As an internal recruitment partner, we are excited to present this unique opportunity for a sales professional to work closely with overseas distributors, providing engineering and scientific training, and ongoing support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and negotiating new business opportunities, bringing new distributors onboard, and taking responsibility for high-value deals. This role requires international travel and offers endless learning opportunities.

With a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus benefits, including 33 days annual leave, entry into the Group Personal Pension scheme, and life assurance, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with overseas distributors
  • Negotiate and secure high-value deals
  • Organise and attend global exhibitions
  • Participate in UK and international projects

Requirements:

  • A sales professional with proven experience in export sales/distribution management
  • Experienced in negotiating high-value contracts
  • Relevant technical and scientific knowledge
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and adapt to different markets
  • Willingness to commit to frequent international travel
