Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Underwriter to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with major brokers, underwrite Commercial products on a new business basis, and ensure panel/regional growth through strategic partnerships.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing new business pipelines, visiting brokers regularly, and underwriting your own caseload. As a key member of our team, you will work remotely from home but regularly travel to your Brokers' offices.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to adopt a positive and comprehensive approach to underwriting Commercial products, contribute to the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, and drive growth in Gross Written Premium (GWP) across the Commercial book.
