Logistics Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a Logistics Business Growth Manager to join our team at Nu-Era Logistics Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute business growth strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with 4-5 years of experience in over the road freight sales. Additional experience in air and ocean freight, CRM systems, and Cargowise software is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster client relationships and obtain new customers through sales activity
- Develop a growth strategy to meet revenue targets
- Perform all aspects of sales process and update CRM daily
- Collaborate with operations staff to ensure customer needs are met
- Set up and attend face-to-face meetings with clients to provide presentations and offer Nu-Era solutions
- Monitor business volumes from assigned client base to ensure revenue levels are maintained
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Proven solution selling, business development, and customer service skills
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
