THIS Labs is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial growth strategy, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building the long-term sustainability of our new venture.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales pipeline that drives revenue growth and meets financial targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the health and care system, including academia, NHS providers, national bodies, and health tech companies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals and tenders that secure strategic projects.
  4. Support the translation of new projects from proposal to active projects on Thiscovery, ensuring customer requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in business development, commercial growth, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across functions and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • A deep understanding of the health and care sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
