Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role within the Life Sciences or biotechnology sector.
  2. Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
  3. Strong network in biotechnology, particularly in areas like Process Development, Gene & Cell Therapy, and other large molecule modalities.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on customer needs and relationship management.
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
  6. The opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology at the intersection of biology, engineering, and data science.
  7. Competitive base salary between £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, accompanied by a share option scheme and significant career progression opportunities.
Work Arrangements

This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week in the Cambridge, UK office, with up to 30% international travel expected.
