Job Overview

As a Senior Housing Advisor at Cambridge City Council, you will play a crucial role in our Housing Advice team. With a deep understanding of homelessness legislation, landlord and tenant law, and choice-based lettings schemes, you will provide expert advice and support to those in need.

Your experience in housing options settings will enable you to motivate others to deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with colleagues to manage a team of Housing Advisors and Homeless Prevention Officers, ensuring that our community receives the best possible support.

Key Features
  • Full-time role, requiring 37 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £40,476 - £45,718 per annum (City Pay Band 6)
