We are looking for an individual with expertise in MRI/Orchard systems to ensure that our housing solutions are supported and continually enhanced.

This role involves overseeing a range of activities, including applications support, data management, projects, training and documentation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing system functionality and user satisfaction, directly impacting our community.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of primary housing systems—MRI/Orchard (Enterprise, Repairs, Asset, and Reporting). They will work collaboratively with Service Managers, system users, and tenant and leaseholder representatives to deliver efficient service delivery.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • The salary for this position is £36,124 - £40,476 per annum (City Pay Band 5).
  • Relocation assistance may be payable in approved cases.
  • The location is flexible, with the option to work from home or in one of our offices in Cambridge.
