HR Advisor

Darktrace Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our EMEA team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for managing employee relations casework, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with ISO audits.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience dealing with employee relations casework, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will also need to be confident in using HR systems and tools to drive efficiency.
In this role, you will act as a key HR point of contact to all employees across EMEA, guiding and supporting managers on employee relations matters. You will also manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, identifying common trends and themes, and reporting them back to the People Operations Manager.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being in our Cambridge HQ 3 times a week, with occasional travel to our London office. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
