Senior HR Advisor UK Cambridge

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months starting ASAP. The successful candidate will have previously operated at senior HR level and should ideally be CIPD qualified. You will have experience of organisational change, including staff consultations and TUPE transfers, and experience of working in a complex and unionised organisation. Demonstrable problem-solving skills, including in complex environments, are essential as is line management and Performance Management experience. Previous NHS experience would be an advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner will include:
- Providing professional customer-focused HR advice and solutions that support the business needs.
- Identifying and managing workforce issues and major change programmes.
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to processes and procedures to enhance workforce productivity.
- Supporting the development, integration, and implementation of corporate HR policy and practice.
The estimated salary for this role is £20,920 per annum based on the hourly rate of £20.92.
