Personnel Assistant

Cambridge Regional College has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join its HR team. This full-time (37 hour per week), permanent position comes with a competitive salary between £23,292-£25,104 per annum, as well as a range of attractive benefits, including a generous pension scheme and free gym membership options.
You will be responsible for a range of HR administration duties, including onboarding new staff members, managing employee contracts, and supporting staff development initiatives. To succeed in this role, you will need strong administration experience, IT skills, and excellent communication skills.
A GCSE in Maths and English (equivalent to grade C or above) is essential, and ideally, you will have a Level 3 HR qualification.
