We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in administration and customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a successful dealership group, representing 24 of the world's most popular car manufacturers. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aftersales department, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team in achieving their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration tasks
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal colleagues, external representatives, and suppliers
- Assess your own performance and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and undertaking relevant training or development activities
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have a background in administration, preferably within a similar industry or sector. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential. A professional and positive attitude, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, will make you a strong candidate for this position.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including a basic salary plus opportunities for overtime earnings up to £35,400 per annum. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discount schemes, and more.
