Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly

  • Engage with guests, listening to their needs and preferences, and tailor services accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment
