About the Job

  • This is an excellent opportunity to work as a key member of the team, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • As a Retail Sales Associate Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and achieving sales targets.
  • You will also be involved in opening and closing the store, processing deliveries, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Support Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and provide product knowledge to customers.
  • Process deliveries, stock takes, and visual merchandising tasks.
  • Ensure store appearance is inviting and presentable.

Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
