This role serves as the primary interface between customers and the company, requiring exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will ensure seamless order processing, accurate documentation, and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service through prompt responses to inquiries, efficient order processing, and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize order scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order completion, updating customers on progress and resolving any discrepancies.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and order histories.
  • Generate reports on customer trends, preferences, and pain points to inform business decisions.

Product Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date on our printing services, materials, and customization options to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Develop and promote our products and services to meet customer needs and expectations.

Problem Solving:

  • Anticipate and address potential issues proactively, preventing customer dissatisfaction and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and expedite solutions.

Communication and Feedback:

  • Effectively communicate with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and best practices to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and concerns.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in manufacturing or printing.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service/ordering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Estimated Salary: £29,500 - £34,000 per annum
