The Role:

As a key member of our Retail team in Cambridge, you will play a vital part in the store's success. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on high-value purchases, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers' needs and guiding them to find the perfect product.
  • Be on hand every step of the way, from greeting customers at the door to getting to know them and their sleep preferences.
  • Become a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress just for them.
  • Help maintain the store's appearance, including general housekeeping, cleaning, and updating displays.
The Person: We are looking for someone with an engaging and positive personality, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. You will need to be motivated to work towards KPIs and sales targets, a team player, willing to learn, and flexible to commit to working 20 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
