Head of New Business Renewal and Sales Enablement

We are looking for an experienced Head of New Business Renewal and Sales Enablement to join our team in London. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new business renewal and sales enablement strategies across the business.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing large-scale business development projects, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions that meet business needs.
This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Global Head of Digital Factory. The estimated salary range for this role is £140,000 - £200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Lead the design and delivery of new business renewal and sales enablement strategies, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and partners.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on business development best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
