At Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute marketing activities and materials that support our practitioners in converting leads.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the sales process once a lead is generated, identifying opportunities for marketing activity and pitch materials to best support that process for various target audiences. They will create compelling marketing/pitch materials and nurture activity to guide leads through the sales funnel and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target Audience Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the key needs of prospects in different target audience groups, defining messaging needed to convert leads into clients. This involves creating best-in-class pitch pack materials that improve conversion rates.
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of pitch pack materials, case studies, and other sales collateral published to practitioners via the Seismic platform. Ensure the materials align with our brand and marketing strategies, are fully compliant, and effectively communicate our propositions and investment performance data.
  • Content Adoption and Development: Collaborate with the front office to drive adoption of pitch pack, case studies, and sales collateral materials by practitioners. Continuously gather feedback from practitioners and analyze insights from the Seismic platform and elsewhere to refine the materials and enhance their impact on commercial growth objectives.
  • Lead Nurturing: Partner with the new business team and Head of Trading Performance to develop marketing strategies that nurture leads through the sales funnel. Identify areas for improved conversion and create marketing plans and materials to support this goal.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs for the adoption of pitch pack materials and sales collateral and their impact on prospect conversion as well as for lead nurturing marketing initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience: In prospect marketing and sales conversion marketing or a related field.
  • Market expertise: A strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales process methodologies.
  • Content creation: The ability to write compelling and on-brand pitch pack and sales collateral content, presenting and organizing them for easy access by the front office.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, partnering across the marketing team and with our front office and business development teams.
  • Data analysis: Proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to optimize sales materials and measure activities' contribution to commercial goals.
  • Innovative mindset: A forward-thinking attitude to explore innovative ways to enhance sales effectiveness through technology adoption, content creation, etc.
  • Time management: Strong time management and productivity skills.
  • Curiosity and expertise: Evidence of curiosity and expertise about marketing and sales enablement, such as an active LinkedIn profile showing engagement with relevant content.
What We Offer

We are proud to offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, generous holiday package, option to purchase additional holiday, and shared parental leave.
