About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Business Growth and Development Coordinator to help drive the Renewable Energy and Carbon Advisory (RECA) Client Development program. The RECA team is the global leader in supporting corporate and industrial customers in defining strategies and facilitating procurement of renewable energy in service of sustainability and financial goals.

The role will provide administrative and operational day-to-day support of the Europe-wide RECA Client Development Team and coordinate as appropriate with the RECA team.

Specifically, this role will generate presentations and comprehensive proposals based on client profiles, market fundamentals, onsite and offsite renewables project and contract structures, renewables and carbon management strategic proposals, environmental commodity advisory proposals, market and project economics, assist in preparation of contracts, and support and facilitate client relations.

In this role, you will also liaise with the Marketing Teams to aid in the development and management of sales enablement tools such as presentation decks. In addition, you will undertake project work to ensure our offers are up-to-date and best-in-market, as well as foster innovation and new offer development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain RECA's proposal materials and pricing workbooks related to a sub-set of renewable energy strategy, procurement, implementation, and post-implementation monitoring offers.
  • Represent RECA's offers throughout the sales lifecycle as well as create and maintain an RFP/Proposal library for top-quality proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Proposal Management team to establish proposal standards and support the Client Development team in client-specific proposal generation and RFP responses.
  • Assist in creating presentation decks for sales meetings and client presentations, customize marketing templates, and support ongoing improvement of sales processes.
  • Assist Client Development team to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Customize proposals, collaborate with Operations and Client Delivery teams to craft custom sales materials.
  • Lead sales process improvement, identify service expansion opportunities, and undertake additional projects as needed.
  • Develop sample project data for client presentations and build strong working relationships with other departments in Europe and globally.
About You
  • This position is ideal for someone who has been successful in a related industry and/or sales position, and who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity to grow into a top performer.
  • Demonstrated experience with the sales process for professional services to industrial and/or commercial clients; experience and knowledge gained working within the renewable energy, sustainability, or environmental industry is preferred.
  • Self-starter; able to comprehend client demands quickly and match solutions, and to support the sales teams to align the two to ensure sales performance at or above assigned levels.
  • Proven track record of being successful or supporting success in all elements of a consultative sales role.
  • Experience in interfacing with and presenting to management levels at Fortune 500 companies preferred.
  • Prior experience working with complex sales cycles (up to 6 months) is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory. Any additional language is an asset.
