As the Head of Renewable Energy Division, you will take full ownership of our business development strategy, focusing on the integration of renewable energy with mechanical and plumbing systems.

The Role:

You will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and well-established network to drive business growth and increase our market share.

  1. Develop and execute a robust business development plan to drive growth in the renewable energy sector, focusing on the mechanical plumbing market.
  2. Use your deep knowledge of renewable energy systems and mechanical plumbing to create innovative, sustainable solutions for our clients.
  3. Expand and nurture a strong network of stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and industry influencers, to position our company as a leader in renewable energy and plumbing integration.
  4. Lead the preparation of winning proposals, tenders, and presentations that highlight our unique capabilities in renewable energy and mechanical plumbing.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects, ensuring the transition from sales to execution is smooth and successful.
  6. Stay ahead of the curve on market trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant with industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in renewable energy and mechanical plumbing, with a proven track record of securing new business and managing high-value client relationships.
  2. Technical Know-How: A deep understanding of renewable energy technologies and their practical applications within mechanical and plumbing systems.
  3. Network: A well-established network of industry contacts, including contractors, engineers, and industry associations, to help you open doors and drive business growth.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts and building trust with clients.
  5. Qualifications: A relevant degree in mechanical or renewable energy engineering is highly desirable, along with certifications in renewable energy or mechanical plumbing.
