Renewal Sales Strategist

As a key member of our high-performing Renewal Sales team, you will partner with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to develop and execute renewal strategies that drive customer success. Your expertise in renewal sales and customer success will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored plans to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute renewal strategies that drive customer growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Provide training and support to new hires to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in renewal sales and/or customer success within the SaaS and/or technology industry
  • Demonstrated consistent quota attainment and ability to negotiate large, complex contracts
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher level education) required
