About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategist to join our team at Lombard Odier. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales results and customer analytics to inform go-forward sales strategy
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Strategist to develop and implement sales plans, including pipeline management and financial analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency, and implement solutions to drive business results
  • Develop and deliver sales planning sessions, and ensure effective communication of sales strategies to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales team members, and provide guidance and support to ensure successful work efforts
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate and deliver core business management activities
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as necessary, providing sales-related business requirements and guidance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategy or sales role within an asset management organization
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful positioning
  • Technical knowledge of financial instruments and markets, with in-depth knowledge of investment fund and financial regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to drive business results through data-driven insights
