About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Renewal Account Manager to join our high-performing Renewal Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will partner with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to develop and execute renewal strategies, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
- Partner with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate renewal risk
- Lead the development of renewal plans and execute them to drive business results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members
Requirements
- 10+ years of demonstrated success in a renewal, sales, and/or customer success capacity within the SaaS and/or technology industry
- Bachelor's degree (or higher level education) required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
