The Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as the Director, Global Head of New Business Sales. This is a critical role that will drive new client acquisition and expand our market reach. As a player-coach, you will lead and contribute to revenue delivery while developing a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include recruiting and leading a high-performing sales development team, coaching and mentoring team members, and creating quality pipeline through an enterprise-focused sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing sales development team.
  2. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver independently.
  3. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and delivery-focused team culture.
  4. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  5. Create quality pipeline through an enterprise-focused sales approach.
  6. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Capital Markets sector.
  7. Exceed annual revenue targets through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
  8. Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and sales engineering to optimize sales processes.

  5. Solid understanding of the Financial Services and Capital Markets industries, their dynamics, and the technology landscape.

  1. SDR/BDR team leadership experience prior to managing a sales team.
  2. Previous experience of selling to capital markets clients.
