Job Description

DAZN, the innovative live sports OTT service, is seeking an Advertising Strategy Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Global Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales approaches to drive revenue growth.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sports rights landscape, including rights IP usage and sponsorship restrictions.
  • Work closely with the VP Global Sales, Head of Agency Sales, and Head of Brands Direct to create a strategic sales approach for the fiscal year, highlighting areas of growth and opportunity.
  • Collaborate with market strategy leads to understand market nuances and develop multi-market responses to briefs.
  • Develop event or right-based packages for the Sales team to take to market.
  • Manage the strategic and creative process, ensuring proposals are delivered time-efficiently and meet brand objectives.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience working in sports media within a creative agency, media owner, or social platform.
  • Extensive understanding of the sports rights landscape, including rights IP usage and sponsorship restrictions.
  • Strategic leadership experience within the sports, media, social, and content verticals.
  • Confident presenting multi-platform content executions to budget holders and decision-makers.
