Sales Development Representative at PepsiCo UK

You have an exciting opportunity to join our PepsiCo team as a Sales Development Representative, working under our Walkers brand. This role requires you to manage your own territory, consisting of over 120 stores, visiting around 10 – 15 per day. You will need to work independently, think on your feet, and have great time management skills.
This role involves managing customer relationships, advising on best-selling products, and promoting exciting upcoming offers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving business KPIs.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Cash and carry visit to collect stock
- Plan your day ahead using your call file and ensuring each store benefits from your visit
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Build strong relationships with your customers to maximise your service to them
- Creating, growing, and maintaining your own personal portfolio
- Achieve and exceed business KPIs
- Champion an aspect of role for the team you work with
- Full, manual UK driving license
- Selling Skills
- Basic IT Skills
- Relationship building

- A positive and persuasive attitude towards your work
- An individual who can work independently with minimal supervision
