Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative to join our PepsiCo team and work under the Walkers brand. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can think on their feet and manage their own territory effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent selling skills, basic IT skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. They will also have a positive and persuasive attitude towards their work, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include managing your own territory, visiting over 120 stores, and providing a bespoke service to each customer. You will also be responsible for advising customers on our best-selling products, informing them of exciting upcoming offers, and relating your passion for our brand to their passion for their business.

Additionally, you will be part of a great team who can offer their expertise and knowledge as well as being a supportive network to utilise. You will also be designated a Champion area to work on for the business as a delegate in keeping your team informed and helping them maximise their opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Cash and carry visit to collect stock.
  2. Plan your day ahead using your call file and ensuring each store benefits from your visit.
  3. Maintaining a safe work environment.
  4. Build strong relationships with your customers to maximise your service to them.
  5. Creating, growing, and maintaining your own personal portfolio.
  6. Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
  7. Champion an aspect of role for the team you work with.
Qualifications
  • Full, manual UK driving license.
  • Selling Skills.
  • Basic IT Skills.
  • Relationship building.
  • Time management.
  • A positive and persuasive attitude towards your work.
  • An individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience of working to targets.
