Role Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a talented individual to build strategic relationships with one of our top UK customers.

This role is an integral part of the UK Sales team, focusing on PepsiCo's Walkers and/or Quaker agenda within the account.

Responsibilities include managing customer P&L and forecasting, developing and executing joint business plans, and building strong internal and external networks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Accountable for full ownership of PepsiCo's Walkers and/or Quaker business within the account.
  2. Achieve business commercial objectives.
  3. Manage external customer relationships with key trading contacts to Senior Buyer Level.
  4. Build Joint Business Plans to deliver mutual PepsiCo and customer growth.
  5. Key part of customer team – delivering positive team dynamic and showing role model behaviour.
  6. Manage an internal matrix of Shopper Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, Category Management teams.
