Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our EMEA Sales team. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our customer relationships while driving sales growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships and sales projects with Key End User accounts and consultants.
  • Grow total sales, increase share of wallet within named accounts, and drive new direct end-user sales.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives, engineers, community managers, and channel managers.
  • Report directly to the Regional Sales and EMEA Key Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience selling into National Accounts.
  • Extensive network within the A&E community.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial security industry.
  • Proven track record of supporting multiple large national customers.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
  • Willingness to travel over 50%.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM platforms).
  • A solid grasp of sales metrics, KPIs, and technical indicators.
  • Stakeholder management in complex projects environment.
