Key Account Manager Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our EMEA Sales team. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer relationships and driving sales growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships and sales projects with Key End User accounts and consultants.
- Grow total sales, increase share of wallet within named accounts, and drive new direct end-user sales.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives, engineers, community managers, and channel managers.
- Report directly to the Regional Sales and EMEA Key Account Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience selling into National Accounts.
- Extensive network within the A&E community.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial security industry.
- Proven track record of supporting multiple large national customers.
- Experience exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Willingness to travel over 50%.
- Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM platforms).
- A solid grasp of sales metrics, KPIs, and technical indicators.
