We're seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team as an advisor on key client accounts and business enhancements, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

The successful candidate will possess proven experience in sales and account management, coupled with strong industry knowledge and market insights. They will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the CCO on sales strategies and providing input into commercial considerations impacting key account deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, focusing on retention and new business, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Understand industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential risks to the business and opportunities for alignment and/or enhancements.
  • Challenge and constructively contribute to the company's decision-making process, ensuring prioritization of maintaining/building partnerships, maximizing revenue, profits, and market share.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, Niterra HQ policies, and procedures.
Client Management & Contract Delivery:
  • Manage delivery of contracts and align/co-ordinate across the organization where needed.
  • Manage further contract negotiations, renewals, and support the CCO with pricing discussions.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions meeting their objectives.
Client Performance:
  • Analyse client feedback and industry trends, ensuring alignment with the CCO and contributing to any changes in service to strengthen and/or grow partnerships.
  • Monitor, analyse, and feedback on sales performance/trends (data, insights) to proactively stay ahead of any risks to accounts.
