Route Sales Representative

As a key member of our Route Sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service in the Slough/Reading area. Our Route Sales Reps are the face of PepsiCo, building strong relationships with independent retailers and ensuring our snacks products are always stocked in-store.
About the Role
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a customer base of approximately 120 small independent stores, visiting 18 stores per day. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and strong time management skills to achieve sales targets and deliver a consistent service to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Follow set journey schedules to ensure efficient use of time
* Identify new customer opportunities for growth
* Communicate effectively with Sales Representatives to ensure seamless operations
* Provide a regular, reliable, and consistent service for our customers
* Build relationships with stores and territories to drive business growth
* Lead daily stock and cash processes for ordering, picking, and delivering stock
* Meet defined targets across your territory
* Collect and unload stock from cash & carry
Requirements
* Full, manual UK driving license
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Basic IT skills
* Self-driven personality with a hunger to succeed in a global FMCG company
* Experience working to targets
* A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
