About the Team
Our Route Sales team is a key part of our success, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for sales and customer service. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a territory of independent retailers, building relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be working independently, with minimal supervision, and will need to be self-motivated and able to work to targets.

Responsibilities
As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a territory of independent retailers
- Building relationships with customers and driving sales growth
- Working independently, with minimal supervision
- Meeting sales targets and achieving results
- Collecting and unloading stock from cash and carry
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full, manual UK driving license
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic IT skills
- Selling skills
- A self-driven personality and ability to work to targets
- Experience of working in a sales role
- A willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results
