Relief Route Sales Representative

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Relief Route Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving a t vehicle in the North West area and managing a customer base of around 120 small independent stores.
Responsibilities
- Follow set journey schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Identify new customer opportunities to grow sales and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with store owners and staff.
- Lead daily stock and cash processes to ensure accurate ordering, picking, and delivery of stock.
- Meet or exceed defined targets across your territory to drive business growth.
- Collect and unload stock from cash & carry at the beginning and end of the day.
Requirements
- Hunger and drive to succeed in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Full, manual UK driving license to operate a t vehicle.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build strong customer relationships.
- Basic IT skills to effectively manage sales data and reports.
- Selling skills to identify new customer opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Self-driven personality with a strong work ethic to meet targets and deadlines.
- Experience of working to targets and meeting deadlines.
- Responsible and ethical behavior towards customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Independent and proactive individual who can work with minimal supervision.
