Relief Route Sales Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relief Route Sales Representative to join our team in the North West area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle and managing a customer base of around 120 small independent stores. Your primary objective will be to provide a regular, reliable, and consistent service to our customers, while also seeking new opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Follow established journey schedules to ensure efficient delivery of products to our customers.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand our business presence in the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners to drive business growth and increase sales.
- Lead daily stock and cash processes, including ordering, picking, and delivering stock to our customers.
- Meet or exceed defined targets for sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and unload stock from cash and carry locations at the beginning and end of each day.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Full manual UK driving license to operate a company vehicle.
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in using sales tools and software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
