Business Development Representative

Job Summary
This role involves working as a Sales Development Representative for the Walkers brand, managing a territory consisting of over 120 stores. The representative will be responsible for visiting around 10-15 stores per day, requiring strong time management skills and self-motivation. The role also entails advising customers on best-selling products, informing them about upcoming offers, and fostering relationships with their passion for our brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own territory with over 120 stores, visiting around 10-15 per day.
- Provide bespoke services to each customer, advising them on best-selling products and exciting offers.
- Work independently, thinking on your feet, and utilizing strong time management skills.
- Maintain a safe work environment and build strong relationships with customers to maximize service delivery.
- Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio and achieve business KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Full manual UK driving license
- Excellent selling skills and basic IT skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong relationship-building skills and positive attitude towards work
- Experience of working to targets and sales performance
Salary and Benefits
