About the Opportunity

Join us as a Therapeutic Practitioner for Young People at Child Action Northwest and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support to children and young people. In this critical role, you will provide targeted interventions and support within school settings, working closely with teachers, parents, and carers to promote emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, experience working with children or young people, and a passion for creating positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored therapeutic programs
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure seamless care
  • Evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, education)
  • Proven experience working with children or young people in a therapeutic context
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
